The Room is comfortably good for two (2) persons, with a strict maximum capacity of four (4) persons. 3RD AND 4TH person will be charged accordingly. Breakfast and amenities are good for two (2) persons only.

HOUSE RULES

• 1. Request for early check-in or late check-out is subject to availability and corresponding fees. Room reservation shall only be held up to SEVEN (7) days prior to your arrival date wherein it shall be AUTOMATICALLY CANCELLED unless it is guaranteed with payment.
• 2. For guaranteed reservations. A cancellation fee equivalent to ONE (1) night shall be imposed when rooms reserved are cancelled within TWO (2) days or less prior to guest arrival.
• 3. If guest/s fail to arrive on the expected date, a NO-SHOW FEE equivalent to ONE (1) night based on the total number of rooms reserved shall be imposed.
• NOTE: Your reservation must be GUARANTEED WITH PAYMENT equivalent to atleast ONE (1) night of your confirmed room rate, SEVEN (7) days prior to your arrival date. Reservations NOT GUARANTEED with a deposit shall be AUTOMATICALLY CANCELLED.
